Hudson-Odoi sends Nottingham Forest fans worrying message after injury scare

Callum Hudson-Odoi has issued a statement to Nottingham Forest fans after an injury scare during their Premier League victory.
Forest defeated Southampton on Sunday (19 January) in a five-goal thriller after finishes from Elliot Anderson, Chris Wood, and Hudson-Odoi himself.
The victory kept Nuno Espirito Santo's men in the title race as they caught up with Arsenal in terms of points.
Forest currently sit third due to goal difference, but they have kept the pressure on Liverpool with just a six-point gap between them.
The game didn't completely go to plan though as Hudson-Odoi ended up having to be replaced in the first half due to an injury as he gestured toward his groin when making his way down the tunnel.
It is unknown at this stage how serious the situation is for the 24-year-old winger, but his message did nothing to dispel the possibility of an upcoming absence from the team.
The former Chelsea star has proven to be a crucial part of Santo's team this season having only missed two Premier League fixtures.

Forest will be back in action in the Premier League on Saturday (25 January) against in-form Bournemouth.
