Arsenal face Manchester City on Sunday in what is perhaps the biggest game of the season so far.

City and Arsenal have been the two Premier League title contenders over the past two years, and this is an early chance for both sides to lay down a marker this term as the title race begins to heat up.

Arsenal took four points off Manchester City last season, but without their captain, Martin Odegaard, they head into this match as underdogs.

Speaking on his podcast, Peter Crouch has been previewing this game on Sunday, and he's had a go at predicting how this one will turn out.

Peter Crouch predicts Man City vs Arsenal

Crouch shared his view on how this match will go.

"I think Arsenal will score, but I don't know what you feel?" Crouch said.

"Arsenal defensively look unbelievable as well don't they. I was looking at some stats on Arsenal, and if you take City out of the equation they would've won the last couple of years easy. It's mad.

"Lots of people think they will win it this year, and they are so defensively sound.

"I'm going to go 2-1 City then."

Arsenal will find Man City game difficult

Arsenal are going to find this match tough.

Heading to the Etihad is never easy at the best of times, but to go into this game without a player as important as Odegaard is a massive uphill task.

That said, Brentford did give Manchester City a scare last week, so there is hope here for Arsenal.

However, if Erling Haaland decides to continue playing the way he has so far this season, the Gunners could be in trouble.

Regardless of the result, this is going to be an interesting game between two top sides who will be duking it out for the Premier League title this season.
