John Terry and Thiago Silva took to social media to praise one another after the pair of former Chelsea centre-backs met back at the club.
Terry is part of Chelsea's academy staff after being part of numerous coaching roles over the years, including at Aston Villa and Leicester.
Silva appeared in the Blues' recent Premier League win against Brentford through goals from Nicolas Jackson and Marc Cucurella. The win has Enzo Maresca's side firmly in second in the Premier League table, just two points behind Liverpool.
The Brazilian defender also joined training that week and shared his excitement on social media, posting: "Great to be back with the boys! Always good to see my Chelsea family."
Both Terry and Silva took to Instagram to highlight their reunion. Terry tagged the former AC Milan star in a post, saying: "Great to see this legend this morning" followed by a blue heart emoji.
Silva also posted an almost identical story [Instagram] with the caption: "Good to see you again legend".

This camaraderie among club legends reflects the rejuvenated atmosphere at Stamford Bridge.
Maresca has the team playing free-flowing football, with his side leading the league in goals scored at 37. That’s just one shy of their total from the entire 2022-23 Premier League campaign.
Despite consistently denying any involvement in a title race, Maresca's impact has fans and pundits alike touting him as a potential Manager of the Season contender.
Under his leadership, players are performing at an even higher level, with Cole Palmer continuing as a standout.
The Italian’s ability to rotate the squad without compromising performance demonstrates the transformation he has achieved in a short time.
Squad rotation has allowed lesser-used players like Marc Guiu and Renato Veiga to shine and earn recognition. Whether Chelsea can maintain this level throughout the season remains to be seen.
They beat Irish side Shamrock Rovers 5-1 on Thursday (December 19) in their sixth Europa Conference League match, to preserve their perfect record in the competition.
In other news, Chelsea fans trolled a Sky Sports pundit for a comparison to their squad.
