Liverpool players react after Federico Chiesa sends message to Anfield fans

Federico Chiesa drew a response from a number of his Liverpool teammates after his message to fans after the FA Cup clash with Accrington Stanley.
The winger only made the move to Anfield in the summer, when he signed from Juventus for £10million (The Guardian).
However, he has since struggled both with fitness and his efforts to force his way into the side when available, making just a handful of appearances for Arne Slot’s side.
That has already led to some Liverpool fans suggesting that he could be set for a swift exit from Anfield in the January transfer window.
Despite that, Chiesa did record a significant landmark for the Reds during their FA Cup win over Accrington on Saturday (11 January).

Although he surprisingly started the game at Anfield on the bench, the Italian did still manage to make an impact in what was a comfortable 4-0 win in that FA Cup third round clash.
Having come on as a substitute at half-time, Chiesa was able to get his first Liverpool right at the end of the match.
The winger’s low strike from the edge of the area came off the bottom far post to nestle in the back of the net.
That certainly seemed to make a lot to Chiesa. Taking to Instagram after the game, the winger posted a picture of himself celebrating, along with the caption “YNWA” and a red loveheart.
That appeared to be appreciated by his Liverpool teammates as well, with Ibrahima Konate, Harvey Elliott and Rio Ngumoha – who made an historic debut in that win – all liking the winger’s post.
Following that win, Slot’s men will now turn their attention back to the Premier League title race as they aim to retain their lead at the top of the table.
They face a huge game on Tuesday night when they travel to the City Ground to take on third-placed Nottingham Forest.
In other news, Liverpool fans have made a prediction on the future of Trent Alexander-Arnold.
