Nikola Milenkovic is a big example of how signings from the Serie A are proving successful at Nottingham Forest.
Nuno Espírito Santo’s side could now be looking to pursue another signing from the Italian top flight and they have now learned more about his situation.
MilanLive have reported that Nottingham Forest are interested in AC Milan’s Yunus Musah.
The American has also attracted interest from other English sides like Aston Villa, Newcastle United and West Ham. While Milan are happy with his performances in the second half of the season, they can make a summer sale due to the needs of their squad.
Nottingham Forest will have to shell out a fee of €30m to sign the 22-year-old, who has made 34 appearances in all competitions and has now become a key part of Sergio Conceicao’s side.
The Rossoneri’s goal is to move Musah on and use the funds to bring in Samuele Ricci from Torino, as he is seen as a key target by the club.
Musah is primarily a central midfielder, but has shown versatility whilst playing as an attacking midfield or out wide. This shows that he could be a useful addition for Champions League-chasing Nottingham Forest.
