The standards in Arsenal training must be incredibly high at the moment.

This squad is packed full of world-class talent, and while things aren't going well at the moment, Arsenal have been flying in the Premier League over the past two years.

You don't get to that sort of level without putting the effort in on the training ground, and if you're slacking in training, you're going to get shown up.

Speaking to Pro Direct Soccer, Oleksandr Zinchenko has been discussing Arsenal's training sessions, and he was asked which player gets nutmegged the most in training.

There isn't much more embarrassing in football than getting nutmegged, and according to Zinchenko, Jakub Kiwior is the player who gets megged the most in training.

Jakub Kiwior always gets nutmegged in Arsenal training

Zinchenko threw his teammate under the bus, admitting that Kiwior is the most nutmegged player in Arsenal training.

Kiwior was criticised for his defensive ability last season, and it would appear he struggles in training at times too.

"Who gets megged the most in training?" Zinchenko was asked.

"Kiwior," Zinchenko said.

"It's obvious that it's one of the defenders because with a defender you can pass him by a nutmeg."

Will Jakub Kiwior leave Arsenal?

Kiwior isn't one of Arsenal's more important players, and with the Gunners having a rather bloated defensive unit at the moment, it stands to reason to ponder whether or not the centre-back will be leaving the club soon.

Kiwior has been linked with a move away from Arsenal recently.

Napoli are said to be keen on Kiwior, while Chelsea were linked to the defender a few months ago.

Kiwior is clearly out of favour at Arsenal right now, and the stats show it.

The £20m man isn't getting anywhere near as much football as he would probably want at Arsenal, and it may be time for him to start looking for a new club soon.

Don't be shocked if Kiwior ends up departing Arsenal in the January transfer window.
