Reece James 'untouchable', 'absolute monster' - Fans stunned by Chelsea return

Chelsea fans were in awe after Reece James’ brilliant first-half performance against Morecambe, with some saying he is better than Liverpool’s Trent Alexander-Arnold.
The Blues are back to winning-ways after dismantling League Two-side Morecambe 5-0 in the FA Cup.
James, who has been limited to just four Premier League appearances this season because of injury, managed to get an assist before being substituted at half-time as a precaution.
Chelsea boss, Enzo Maresca, has been forced to rely on back-up Malo Gusto and more recently academy graduate, Josh Acheampong, due to the Blues captain’s absence this season.
However, in his first start since playing against Manchester United on 3 November, James was able to remind the footballing world of his quality.

It has been a difficult three seasons for the Cobham-graduate as James has dealt with a hamstring injury that will not go away.
There has never been any doubts about the England international’s quality, but his inability to stay healthy has lead to rumours of a potential exit.
Acheampong and Gusto have both shown themselves to be very capable deputies, Paul Merson recently spoke about how he was “stunned” by the 18-year-old’s ability.
However, after the result against Morecambe, fans jumped to social media to talk about the Blues captain, one said that he was “better than any version of Trent Alexander-Arnold,” whilst another quoted the film Gladiator “are you not entertained.
Delighted supporters branded the Stamford Bridge skipper “untouchable” when fit, and an “absolute monster” at his best.
