Two Premier League stars handed first England call-up in Lee Carsley's final squad
Today at 09:00 AM
Southampton defender Taylor Harwood-Bellis and Newcastle full-back Lewis Hall have been handed their first senior England call-ups.
Interim manager Lee Carsley has named his final squad before Thomas Tuchel takes over on a permanent basis.
Uncapped Liverpool midfielder Curtis Jones has also been selected for the upcoming Nations League matches.
Meanwhile, Newcastle goalkeeper Nick Pope has been dropped for Southampton’s Aaron Ramsdale, while England regulars John Stones and Kobbie Mainoo miss out through injury.
There is no debut call-up for Aston Villa star Morgan Rogers, who has three goals and two assists in the Premier League this season.
The Three Lions face Greece in Athens on November 14 before hosting the Republic of Ireland at Wembley Stadium three days later.
