West Ham offering huge wages to January transfer target – Want him now, made it clear to entourage

West Ham United will push forward with a move for Ajax's Brian Brobbey, once they've agreed personal terms with the striker.
That's according to De Telegraaf, who report that West Ham are wiling to offer Brobbey €100,000-a-week at the London Stadium.
A report earlier today stated West Ham had made initial moves for Brobbey as they seek a new striker before the end of this month.
The Hammers are in desperate need of a new striker after losing Michail Antonio and Niklas Füllkrug to long-term injuries.
They've been working on the market since then and after initially targeting André Silva at RB Leipzig, have now seemingly turned their attention to Brobbey.
Ajax want a €35m package overall to sell the striker, a figure West Ham initially seem open to paying. In the meantime, it seems they're discussing matters with Brobbey and his representatives.
And according to De Telegraaf, they've made it clear that Brobbey could earn as much as €100,000-a-week at the London Stadium.
That's a significant offer, to say the least, and the newspaper says it is a clear sign that West Ham 'believes in' the striker and what he can offer.
They've put that money on the table and indicated to Brobbey and his entourage that they want him this month. Whether it's enough to tempt him remains to be seen but it appears the Hammers are very keen to get this one over the line.
