Curtis Jones is a rising star for Liverpool, and the midfielder is starting to make an impact for England as well.
England beat Greece 3-0 away from home in UEFA Nations League – League B – Group 2 on Thursday evening.
It was a very good and important win for the Three Lions, and Liverpool midfielder Jones played his part.
The 23-year-old scored the third and final goal for England in the 83rd minute.
Jones, who is flourishing under Liverpool manager Arne Slot, made his debut for England against Greece, and it was a great moment for the youngster to find the back of the net in his first game for the Three Lions.

The youngster started as one of the two holding midfielders for England. The English media was hugely impressed with Jones, and, as you can see below, so was Jack Grealish.
The Manchester City attacker was initially called up to the England squad, but he withdrew on Monday due to injury corners.
As the stats show, Jones, who has scored one goal and given one assist in four starts and four substitute appearances in the Premier League for Liverpool, was one of the best players for England.

ITV pundits Roy Keane and Ian Wright were hugely impressed with Jones and raved about him.
The former Manchester United midfielder and the Arsenal legend both praised the Liverpool midfielder for the footballing intelligence that he showed before his goal.
Wright said on ITV: “He doesn’t get too far ahead of it, and he’s got the capability and ability to adjust himself and do that."
Keane noted: "When you see him breaking in there, and you heard the manager before the game saying about him sitting deep, he looked and went ‘I want some of the action’. It’s just football intelligence.”
