What Gabriel Agbonlahor said when Gabriel escaped punishment with Arsenal in the CL after Tyrone Mings error

Tyrone Mings was at the centre of one of the most bizarre Champions League moments in recent memory this week.
Mings gave away a penalty for one of the most remarkable handball decisions you're likely to ever see.
Mings simply picked up the ball in his own penalty area after a goal kick, and he was duly punished.
Club Brugge happily dispatched the penalty, and that was enough to secure a 1-0 win.
This was a strange moment, but it wasn't the first time we've seen this happen.
Indeed, just last season, Gabriel Magalhaes did something very similar against Bayern Munich, and that incident went unpunished.
There was a lot of furore around this incident last year, Harry Kane apparently wasn't happy about Gabriel's handball, but, ironically, Gabriel Agbonlahor backed this decision.
What Gabriel Agbonlahor said about Gabriel's handball
The Aston Villa legend won't have been happy with Mings' handball against Club Brugge, especially as he backed the referee's decision to not punish Gabriel for similar last year.
Indeed, Agbonlahor said that it was a great decision to not punish Arsenal against Bayern Munich last year.
"You're starting from a dead ball situation, a goal kick. He has got the ball to Gabriel and Gabriel is like hand on the ball, we are going to start from this side," Agbonlahor said.
"The Bayern Munich players are so far away, they are not gaining an advantage.
"The referee has used common sense, which I'm glad. Top referee. He will probably get another big game now, the semi-final, because he made a great decision."
Will Aston Villa qualify in the Champions League?
This was Aston Villa's first Champions League loss of the season, but it's a defeat that they could afford.
Indeed, after picking up fantastic wins against the likes of Bayern Munich and Atalanta as of late, Villa are still in a strong position to qualify from the group stage.
Unai Emery's side do have some tough games coming up against Juventus and RB Leipzig, but after a strong start, the Villans are in a good place right now.
This was a blip in what has been a stellar Champions League campaign up until this point, and it should serve as a reminder that Villa need to absolutely be on the ball in every single Champions League game if they're to go far in the competition.
This was a nightmare situation for Tyrone Mings so soon after his return from injury, but he should be able to put it past him and kick on from here.
