'What I like': Pundit says Rasmus Hojlund did something during Man Utd v PAOK that 'nobody will notice'

Amad Diallo might have been the hero for Manchester United against PAOK last night but Rasmus Hojlund has also been singled out for special praise as well.
Diallo’s fine double ensured United finally picked up the win in Europe they’ve been craving.
However, while Diallo was praised for his display of finishing, he couldn’t have done it alone and a few of his United teammates helped him out.
One of those players was striker Rasmus Hojlund, who put in a fine shift at the top of the pitch without the rewards of the goals again.
But according to former England player Izzy Christiansen, Hojlund should be praised and Diallo should even be thanking him for the first goal.
Amad Diallo told he has Rasmus Hojlund to thank for his goal against PAOK
Speaking for the BBC during the game, Christiansen was quick to praise the performance of Hojlund as he was taken off.
Indeed, Christiansen suggested that Diallo doesn’t score his opener without Hojlund’s persistence.
“What I like about Rasmus Hojlund is his endurance to the task. Looking back at Amad Diallo’s first goal, Rasmus’ role is key and nobody will notice it,” Christiansen said.
The goals will come for Hojlund at Man United
Being a young centre-forward at Manchester United is always a hard task and Rasmus Hojlund is giving things a good go at the moment.
Yes, the goals aren’t quite there as regularly as he’d like but in the main, he’s doing ok. Indeed, with Ruben Amorim turning Viktor Gyokeres into a world-class forward, Hojlund will be hoping for similar.
Andy Cole has spoken previously of how he feels sorry for Hojlund but he’s got his fans as well, with Martin Odegaard admitting he’d love to play with Hojlund.
For now, the young Dane needs to keep at it and hope the goal scoring touch comes.
