England will play Switzerland in the Euro 2024 quarter final following their comeback victory over Slovakia on Sunday.

Gareth Southgate’s side were on the brink of a shock exit at Euro 2024 as they went a goal down in their last-16 tie against Slovakia before Jude Bellingham’s overhead kick in the 94th minute forced extra time.

Harry Kane then popped up with his second goal of Euro 2024 to put England ahead in the first minute of extra time and it was enough to secure the Three Lions’ place in the final eight of the tournament.

England’s win means they will now play Switzerland in the Euro 2024 quarter final at 5pm on Saturday, July 6.

Switzerland, who finished second in Group A behind Germany, reached the last eight of the competition on Saturday with an impressive 2-0 victory over the reigning European champions Italy.
