Worry now building about Aston Villa offer arriving – Club can smell it
Today at 07:46 AM
On Thursday, Vamos Mi Sevilla FC reported Sevilla’s Loïc Badé has given approval to join Aston Villa and is waiting for the two clubs to find an agreement.
A day later, the same outlet stated Aston Villa will make an offer for the centre-back once they offload Diego Carlos.
Earlier today, we covered claims from Turkey that Carlos is flying to Istanbul today to complete a move to Fenerbahçe.
Mucho Deporte relay claims made elsewhere that the Brazilian is a step away from joining the Turkish club and this is a concern for the La Liga side. His exit from Villa Park will allow Unai Emery’s side swoop in for the La Liga defender.
The outlet also claims Carlos’ exit was necessary for the Premier League side to sign the 24-year-old Frenchman. At this moment in time, the Andalusian club haven’t received a proposal from the Villans.
With Carlos on the verge of joining Fenerbahçe, the report states Sevilla ‘smell that the offer’ from Aston Villa could arrive anytime. Badé has a €60m release clause in his deal, but Mucho Deporte state he can ‘pack his bags’ if Emery’s side table a bid over €20m.
It feels like a matter of time before Sevilla receive Aston Villa’s bid for the French centre-back.
