Real Madrid are not expected to part ways with any of their core players during the summer transfer window, although it's not a foregone conclusion that they will all stay. Andriy Lunin has been linked with a departure, while Dani Ceballos appears to be pushing for an exit.

Ceballos was barely involved last season for Carlo Ancelotti's La Liga and Champions League-winning side, playing approximately half of the matches racked up by Real Madrid – with many of his appearances coming from the substitute's bench. Despite this, club bosses are not too keen on allowing him to leave, given that Toni Kroos' departure means they are already one midfielder down going into next season.

Ceballos plans to push for an exit in the coming weeks, and according to Carrusel Deportivo (via Sport), his desire is to return to Real Betis, whom he was with until his 2017 move to Real Madrid.

Right now, it's difficult to say whether Real Madrid will allow Ceballos to depart, but if so, they will surely demand an amount that will be difficult for Real Betis to pay, especially considering that Los Verdiblancos have been looking at other targets. For now, this one can be filed under "unlikely".
