Marseille predicted XI v Auxerre: Neal Maupay and Jonathan Rowe to start

Having impressed last week during the 2-1 win over FC Nantes, Jonathan Rowe and Neal Maupay are set to retain their starting spots in the Olympique de Marseille line-up when they face AJ Auxerre on Friday evening.

Amid Elye Wahi’s struggles, Maupay started and scored during the win over Nantes. He looks set to lead the line once again, even though Roberto De Zerbi re-affirmed that Wahi was the main man and that the hierarchy had not been altered. Rowe also impressed against Les Canaris and he is set to get the nod over Luis Henrique on the left.

Derek Cornelius is out having been stretchered off last week. His absence will see Lilian Brassier move into a more familiar position at centre-back. Quentin Merlin will then come in at left-back.
