Mohamed Salah breaks extraordinary Premier League record as Liverpool thrash Tottenham 6-3

Liverpool came away 6-3 victors against Tottenham with Mohamed Salah once again the star of the show for the Reds.

The Egyptian international managed two goals and two assists in north London with Salah firing himself to the top of the Premier League goalscoring and assist charts for the season, with the 32-year-old showing no sign of slowing down.

With Gary Neville enjoying Salah’s performance for Liverpool against Tottenham, the attacker has been in the form of his life this year with the Reds under Arne Slot, with the wide-forward guiding the Anfield side to the top of the Premier League standings.

And Salah’s efforts today saw the former AS Roma star break yet another ridiculous Premier League record.

With his two goals and two assists, Salah becomes the first Premier League player ever to reach double digits in both goals and assists before Christmas, with the Reds also top of the standings heading into December 25th.

Indeed, Salah’s form has been key to Liverpool’s incredible success this season in both the Premier League and Europe, with the winger arguably the best player in the world based on current performances.
