Report: What Mohamed Salah's agent is planning to do this weekend after Liverpool superstar says he's leaving

Liverpool face Manchester United at Anfield on Sunday with the Reds coming under increasing pressure to sort their outstanding contract issues.
It is predicted to be a one-sided affair at Anfield, with Liverpool’s eternal rivals struggling in 14th-place in the Premier League.
However, the Reds should be wary of getting ahead of themselves. The gap in the Premier League table may be enormous, but United can still hurt Liverpool.
And with so much noise surrounding Mohamed Salah, Trent Alexander-Arnold and, to a lesser extent, Virgil van Dijk at the moment, Liverpool must be wary of losing a little focus.
But as Real Madrid continue to push for Alexander-Arnold, Salah may also have just made that just a bit harder for his teammates.
The Egyptian once again put pressure on the Liverpool owners with some explosive comments about his future on Friday evening. And after Salah’s pointed words, it has been revealed that his agent is set to be on an interesting mission this weekend.
Mohamed Salah’s agent set for Anfield visit
Salah has not been shy to make public comments as he continues into the final few months of his Liverpool career.
This time, speaking to Sky Sports, the 32-year-old insisted that no progress is being made and he currently sees this as being his final six months at Anfield.
“It’s the last six months,” Salah said. “There is no progress there. We are far away from any progress. So, we just need to wait and see.”
According to the Liverpool ECHO, Salah is still ‘keen’ to sign a new deal and continue his stay with the club.

And, interestingly, they report that the player’s agent – Ramy Abbas Issa – is expected at Anfield to watch Liverpool’s game with Man United on Sunday.
Although this could obviously mean very little in the long run, it’s a clear sign that negotiations are continuing between all parties.
Will Salah stay at Liverpool?
To our mind, there is little chance that Salah would come out and speak so brazenly about his time at Liverpool coming to and end if he was not confident of extending.
In the recent past we have seen plenty of players run down their contracts at Anfield and none have spoken out in the way Salah has of late.
Clearly, that may mean nothing at all. Salah is his own person and is of a different calibre to those players who have exited on free transfers.
However, the cheeky smile on his face would suggest that he is not being totally transparent with his claims.
This needs to be sorted out quickly, no doubt. But as things stand we’d still be surprised if Salah does not stay a Red.
