From Norway: Latest on Manchester United and Sverre Nypan – Looks like Red Devils have decided to move on

Sverre Nypan has been linked with Manchester United at various points for the past year, with some of the claims, and some of the reaction to those, getting more than a little carried away.
In September, it was reported the Premier League club had sent a scout to watch the then-17-year-old in action for Rosenborg BK. That was after claims from as early as April of last year about interest from Manchester United.
Then in November it was reported Nypan could go on a Martin Ødegaard style tour of clubs, including in England, to see which one he fancies joining.
Nypan turned 18-years-of-age in December and it’s currently the close season in Norway.
TV2 have taken another look at the young midfielder’s situation, and they say a decision regarding his future should come very soon.
They then add: ‘Led by super agent Rafaela Pimenta, “Team Nypan” has been talking to several top clubs in recent weeks and months, and as TV 2 understands, the list of potential clubs is being narrowed down.’
RBK want 150m Norwegian Krone for their player, which works at more than £10m.
Arsenal and Manchester City are said to be in the picture, but TV2 report Manchester United have walked away despite all the previous links.
