Kai Havertz has suffered another bloody head injury playing for Arsenal, just four days since his last one.

The German had to come off in the 1-0 Champions League loss against Inter Milan on Wednesday after a nasty collision left his head bleeding.

He had to have stitches, but recovered in time to start against Chelsea on Sunday.

But in the second half at Stamford Bridge, Havertz had to go off to get treated for another head injury after it’d once again been cut open.

Chelsea’s Marc Cucurella brought referee Michael Oliver’s attention to the blood on Havertz’s face, knowing in doing so, the Gunners star would be forced off.

Havertz attempted to get treatment on the pitch.

However, the referee forced him to leave after deeming he wasn’t in immediate danger.

Soon, he found himself in the referee’s book after being deemed to have taken too long to get off the pitch.
