Alfredo Morelos could form blockbuster strike pairing with Neymar after Rangers decline

Rangers need to find stability if they are to fully recover which is a familiar need for a former Light Blues hero.
Philippe Clement's troubles as manager are well reported, but his pale into insignificance compared to a player who was once idolised by the Ibrox masses.
Alfredo Morelos is still under investigation for a car crash in Colombia, however, despite his career being on a downward spiral, the ex-Rangers striker could soon be a teammate of a generational great.

Neymar linked with Santos return and possible Alfredo Morelos link
Currently on loan at Atletico Nacional from Brazilian giants Santos, at the end of his deal, journalist Cesar Luis Merlo has reported that Neymar is on the verge of ripping up his contract to return home from his current Saudi Arabia base:
"Neymar, ready to return to Santos," said the respected transfer reporter.
"The club where he made his debut already has an agreement with the 32-year-old footballer.
"The termination of Al Hilal is being worked on and the idea is to announce it once the tournament that marked Peixe’s return to the top flight is over."
Neymar and Morelos both have a point to prove
Neymar has missed the last year due to an anterior cruciate ligament injury and time isn't on his side to rediscover his previously best form.
In a time without Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi, Neymar would have been a clear favourite to hoover up several Ballon d'Ors.
If Morelos is given the chance to continue his football career after the investigation into his crash is concluded, linking up with Neymar should be all the motivation that he needs.
An average Neymar is still better than most players tasked with supplying strikers with ammunition.
Morelos, on his day, is also more than capable of handling multiple defenders on his own to create space for others.
One way, or another, a pairing of Neymar and Morelos could be box office.
