Ex Rangers star's club want to terminate his contract as contact made

Things aren’t going particularly well for either Borna Barisic or John Lundstram at Trabzonspor.
The former Rangers duo both pitched up at the Turkish side together in the summer after leaving Ibrox upon expiry of their contracts.
Trabzon are one of the bigger clubs in the Super Lig and have fairly high expectations but are falling short at the moment.
After finishing in the European spots last season, they are currently 13th and closer to the relegation zone, just a point above.
Ex Rangers star Borna Barisic could leave Trabzonspor
Individually, neither former Ger is excelling there.
Lundstram has been a regular in the side but has regularly found his performances questioned by fans and pundits alike.
The ex-Rangers star was recently blasted by an ex-Turkey international and told he offers nothing in the midfield.
Things are even worse for Barisic after his Rangers exit. The Croatian left-back just started just ONE game in the league on the opening day of the season.
He has since made four subs appearances totaling 18 minutes.
And now Gunebakis are reporting that Trabzonspor chiefs have been in contract with Barisic’s agent to discuss the possibility of terminating his deal.
The report adds there were already rumours of a loan exit but it would now seem there is a chance of a complete parting of the ways, though it’s not yet know what the outcome of the talks will be.
Barisic could follow in the footsteps of Ryan Kent
Amazingly, Barisic would not be the first former Rangers man to head for Turkey but end up having his deal ripped up early.
That exact same fate recently befell Ryan Kent.
Kent’s Fenerbahce exit was recently explained to be down to the club making him train on his own as Jose Mourinho tried to force him out out after complaining about the winger turning down multiple offers to leave.
The Englishman threatened legal action before a termination agreement was reached.
Kent could now be set for a reunion with a former boss as clubs in England line up to try and take him on a free.
