John Wenham: Expect a big announcement soon
Wenham believes that the club would not have ended their deal with INEOS without having something lined up already.
Speaking to Tottenham News, Wenham said:
"Tottenham are in the position of strength in this situation."
"First of all, they've had three years' worth of money out of INEOS, and now they have also got a payoff. However, they wouldn't have let INEOS go unless they had something else lined up. Therefore, I'm sure we can expect a big announcement on that very soon."
This move reflects Tottenham's continued commercial strength under chairman Daniel Levy. Since assuming control in 2001, Levy has transformed Spurs into one of the most financially stable and commercially successful clubs in world football.
However, while Spurs continue to thrive financially, frustrations among fans are growing due to the lack of on-field success. The club has not lifted a major trophy since 2008, and supporters are eager to see financial gains reinvested into strengthening the squad.
