According to a claim in the Turkish media, Nottingham Forest and Tottenham Hotspur are showing interest in Fenerbahce attacker Sebastian Szymanski ahead of the next transfer window.

The Poland international was linked with a move to Spurs last summer, but they failed to get a deal sealed for the player.

Aksam report on the latest developments regarding the future of Szymanski at Fenerbahce and they say the Istanbul giants are ready to cash in on the 25-year-old.

After paying €20m for the forward in 2023, it's claimed Fenerbahce want in the region of €25m for the Pole.

The Turkish media report Nottingham Forest and Tottenham should expect to face competition with AC Milan and Napoli also said to be interested. Both Serie A clubs have reportedly already made a move for Szymanski.

Last summer we covered reports from the Turkish press that Tottenham were lining up an offer of €20m for Szymanski. However, despite interest also from Marseille and Lazio, the player remained in Istanbul.

Szymanski has made 42 appearances for Fener this season, scoring five goals. He's contracted to the Yellow Canaries until June 2027.
