Tottenham Hotspur could look to reinstate former Managing Director of Football Fabio Paratici once his worldwide suspension concludes.
Some reports have even suggested that chairman Daniel Levy has already engaged in discussions with the Italian about a potential return.
Matt Law dismisses Fabio Paratici to Tottenham links
However, writing for The Telegraph, journalist Matt Law has refuted these claims, clarifying that no formal talks have taken place regarding Paratici resuming a full-time role at the club.
Despite ongoing rumours, there is no indication that Spurs have made any concrete moves to bring him back.
Paratici, who resigned from his position at Tottenham in April 2023, remains barred from football-related activities until the end of June.
While he has not officially been part of the club's operations, there have been suggestions that he continues to provide informal advice to Spurs.
Even though speculation has linked him with a return to North London, Law has firmly dismissed these reports.
Interest in Paratici extends beyond Tottenham, with clubs like Juventus and AC Milan reportedly monitoring his situation.
His extensive experience in football management makes him a valuable asset, and he is expected to pursue a new role as soon as his ban is lifted.
Before joining Spurs, Paratici was instrumental in Juventus' success, spending over a decade at the club in key positions such as Chief Scout, Sporting Director, and later Managing Director.
He played a major role in securing top players, including Carlos Tévez, Paulo Dybala, and Cristiano Ronaldo.
During his tenure at Tottenham, he facilitated the signings of Dejan Kulusevski, Rodrigo Bentancur, and Cristian Romero.
However, his time at the club was cut short due to his involvement in financial misconduct at Juventus, which led to FIFA extending his suspension globally.
With his return to football imminent, it remains to be seen whether Tottenham will consider him for a future role or if he will seek new opportunities in Serie A.
