Tottenham Hotspur are interested in signing the Atalanta attacker Ademola Lookman at the end of the season.
The 27-year-old has 25 goal contributions this season and he is on the radar of multiple clubs. Arsenal, Manchester United, Chelsea and Liverpool are keeping tabs on him as well.
According to a report from CaughtOffside, Tottenham are interested in securing his signature and it will be interesting to see if they come forward with an official offer to sign him. The attacker is valued at €65 million and he could add immense quality to the Spurs attacking unit. He is capable of operating as a centre forward as well as a wide player. He will add goals and creativity to the side.
Lookman has done quite well during his time in Italy, and he helped Atalanta win the UEFA Europa League. He has previously played in the Premier League with Everton and he will feel that he has unfinished business in football. Tottenham could be an attractive destination for him, and he will look to fight for trophies with them. The player is reportedly looking for a fresh start, and it remains to be seen where he ends up.
Meanwhile, Arsenal could use a versatile attacker like him as well. They have been not been able to rotate players like Bukayo Saka and Gabriel Martinelli due to the lack of depth in the side. The arrival of the Nigerian International will give them more options to work with.
The 27-year-old is highly rated across Europe, and he has been described as a "truly extraordinary player" by Gian Piero Gasperini in the past. There is no doubt that he is one of the best attacking players in Italian football, and he has the attributes to do well in the Premier League as well.
