Tottenham reguarly scouting 22-year-old who ran Man City ragged in the UCL

Tottenham Hotspur are keen on signing the Feyenoord winger Anis Hadj Moussa.
According to Football Insider, Liverpool are keen on the 22-year-old winger as well, and it will be interesting to see if Tottenham can secure the services of the Algerian International.
They have made regular checks on his progress this season and Tottenham are looking to improve their attacking options before the transfer window closes.
The 22-year-old could be a quality long-term acquisition for the North London club. He has six goals and two assists to his name and he will add pace, flair, and creativity to the Tottenham attack.
