Trent Alexander-Arnold isn't only one of Liverpool's best players, he's one of the most popular members of the Liverpool squad.
Indeed, Alexander-Arnold is Liverpool's vice-captain and he's close friends with a number of his teammates.
Alexander-Arnold and Andy Robertson have been close over the years, while Dominik Szoboszlai says Alexander-Arnold is one of his best mates.
Speaking to Stadium Astro, the full-back has been discussing some of his personal relationships within the Liverpool squad, and he says that Mohamed Salah is actually his best friend in the squad now, claiming that they have a special bond and respect for one another.

The defender spoke about his friendship with Salah.
The full-back says he's known Salah for ages now and that the pair just get each other as players.
"I'd say Mo if I'm honest, I'd say me and Mo, how long we've known each other and how long we've played together. Our bond and connection especially on the pitch," Alexander-Arnold said.
"We just understand the way we play we never moan at each other. We just respect each other's style of play. Sometimes I overlap and he ignores me, but I know if I don't pass to him he's thinking the same thing."
Salah's record alongside Trent Alexander-Arnold
Alexander-Arnold and Salah are great friends off the pitch, but, as the England international says, they also have an incredible connection on the field too.
The numbers show that Liverpool are at their best when both Salah and Alexander-Arnold are playing together.

Games | 297 |
Wins | 199 |
Draws | 50 |
Losses | 48 |
Salah goals | 176 |
Salah goals assisted by Alexander-Arnold | 13 |
Interestingly, Alexander-Arnold hasn't set up Salah all that often, assisting the Egyptian just 13 times in almost 300 games.
Of course, Alexander-Arnold is a full-back playing on the same side as Salah, but with his incredible passing range, you'd perhaps expect that number to be a little higher.
However, as Salah's goal numbers show, Alexander-Arnold does bring the best out of the Egyptian by creating space with those overlaps or making the pass before the assist to get Salah his goal.
Salah and Alexander-Arnold may well be the best right-sided combination in Premier League history.
Both players are out of contract in the summer, and with Alexander-Arnold linked to Real Madrid, perhaps this long-running partnership could come to an end in 2025.
