Chelsea may have only just released their kits for this season but there is already talk about what next season's shirts will look like.

The reaction to the kits this year has been mixed and there's certainly some bold designs on show especially with the home and third kits, whilst the away shirt is a more simplistic classic design.

However, despite barely wearing this season's kits leaks have already started to emerge about what the home shirt may look like for the 2025/2026 campaign.

Footy Headlines are well known for being the first on all things kits and have revealed for next season the home shirt will see the Lion crest return, whilst there will also be red detailing on the shirt in a nod to a classic look on past Chelsea shirts.

The report also states next season's kits will be designed by London based designers in an attempt to better reflect the club's heritage in the designs.

Nike have certainly experimented a lot with the home shirts in recent years but a modern twist on a classic is bound to go down well with fans provided they get it right, but it will be hard to make a full judgement until it's seen on the players.
