Chelsea are finally now considering dropping one of their most problematic players going forward according to a report from The Telegraph.

The article came out late last night after Chelsea were defeated 3-1 by Manchester City in their evening Premier League match.

Sources: Liam Delap, Jhon Duran, Darwin Nunze, Matheus Cunha, Benjamin Sesko, and Dusan Vlahovic – Transfer updates on new strikers!

The game saw City leapfrog Chelsea and put themselves back into the top four and well up there as they rediscover some form. Chelsea's form are doing the opposite, and they have been hideous since before Christmas now.

We all thought that we would have heard about Chelsea signing a new striker, with links to Liam Delap being the main rumour this month, and also a new midfielder, with Douglas Luiz noise being the loudest in the last few days. But as well as that, Chelsea also need to upgrade the number one goalkeeper position, as well as bring in another more dominant centre back. It's criminal that they have this much to do still to complete the squad, after having so many transfer windows now and the new owners being here well over two years.

Finally, they are considering dropping awful goalkeeper Robert Sanchez, per the Telegraph. Although they should not be considering it, they should be doing it. And it should not have taken them this long either, because he's been terrible since we signed him.

Fans have eyes, we are not stupid, we have seen how poor he is. And the outrage amongst the fan base is at breaking point, and not just for the Sanchez situation, but for the fact that they have a 'squad build' that is still missing so much. The Sporting Directors need to take accountability now.
