Everton are considering bringing Willian back to the Premier League in the winter market.

Last summer, the winger joined Olympiacos as a free agent after his contract at Fulham expired. At the end of last month, he left the Greek club and is now available on a free transfer in January.

On Thursday, TNT Sports in Brazil reported Everton are the first club to show interest in the 36-year-old.

Everton’s interest in Willian is backed up by Trivela, who then provide the latest on this case.

David Moyes’ side aren’t alone as two other Premier League sides are keen on signing the Brazilian. Their details aren’t mentioned, but the report states they are mid-table clubs.

The Toffees are ‘competing’ with these two clubs for his signature, and all three made contacts with the player.

Willian previously had spells at Chelsea, Arsenal and Fulham and has a house in London. The report claims his family has adapted to the life in England and he intends to return to the country in January.

Trivela claim the Brazilian is willing to accept an offer from a club that’s not fighting for silverware. Everton could be an option for him, but they have to be wary of the two unnamed Premier League sides.

The report adds Willian intends to make a decision on his future in the ‘coming days’.
