Tottenham Hotspur host West Ham United in a must-win London derby following their poor start to the new Premier League campaign.

Before the international break, Spurs suffered a shock 3-2 defeat at the hands of Brighton as they surrendered a two-goal lead on the south coast.

The loss means that Tottenham have now made their worst start to a league campaign in 16 years and Ange Postecoglou must turn things around quickly.

The Australian head coach has had two weeks to reflect on the defeat against the Seagulls and make his plans for claiming his first win in a capital clash.

However, his hopes of doing so have been given a significant boost following the return of several key players for the game at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Richarlison and Heung-min Son are back for Tottenham vs West Ham

Postecoglou has revealed to Spurs Official that Richarlison and Heung-min Son have both been training this week and should be fit enough to face West Ham.

Son has missed Spurs’ last three matches which has been a big blow for the Lilywhites with Timo Werner having to fill in for him. Meanwhile, Richarlison has played just 25 minutes this term with his campaign being plagued by injuries yet again.

Lucas Bergvall suffered a knock on international duty with Sweden although he is expected to be fine and available for the clash with Julen Lopetegui’s team.

Wilson Odobert is the only player who will be missing for the North Londoners with the winger still recovering from a hamstring injury.

How could Tottenham line up against West Ham?

Of the three returning injured players, Son is the only one expected to start against the East London club replacing Werner.

Richarlison and Bergvall are likely to be targeting the Europa League clash with AZ Alkmaar as a more realistic return date.

Elsewhere, there have been calls for Djed Spence and Radu Dragusin to come in for Cristian Romero and Destiny Udogie after the Brighton defeat, but the Aussie coach is set to stick with the same back-four.

Tottenham's predicted line-up vs West Ham: Vicario; Porro, Romero, Van de Ven, Udogie; Bentancur, Maddison, Kulusevski; Johnson, Son, Solanke.
