TBR Football can exclusively reveal Palmeiras’ response to Arsenal, Chelsea as well as Real Madrid, who are all interested in signing their 18-year-old centre-back Vitor Reis.
Arsenal and Chelsea scouted Vitor Reis during his side’s 2-2 draw against Fortaleza in October.
Arsenal have shortlisted Reis amongst the four defenders who they reckon would be ideal replacements for Jakub Kiwior, who is expected to depart the Emirates Stadium in the summer.
Reis is open to leaving Palmeiras next year, as reported two months ago as well.

TBR Football’s chief correspondentGraeme Bailey has been informed that Arsenal, Chelsea and Real Madrid amongst the long list of suitors for Vitor Reis that he will not be sold until after the FIFA Club World Cup in 2025.
Arsenal, Chelsea and Real Madrid have been the three clubs leading the race to sign the Brazilian.
Much like how Willian Estevao agreed a deal to sign for Enzo Maresca’s side in August, as it was decided that he would head to Stamford Bridge only after the Club World Cup, the same applies in Reis’ case.
However, Palmeiras are in no hurry to offload the teenage sensation.
TBR Football have been told that a deal involving Reis could very well be agreed before the summer of 2025.
Chelsea, who have a strong relationship with Palmeiras following their acquisition of Estevao are hoping that they can secure the youngster’s services.
But London rivals Arsenal as well as Real Madrid hugely admire the sought-after defender as well.
How much Vitor Reis could cost?
Vitor Reis could cost £29 million, despite there being a release clause worth £83 million in his contract, which runs out in 2028.
Palmeiras are open to doing a deal similar to that of Estevao’s move to Chelsea, which was made official for a fee of £29 million as well.
Arsenal, Chelsea and Real Madrid will be hoping that they can sign one of the most talented young centre-backs in world football.
A signing such as those of Reis’ could send a statement to their respective supporters that the plan behind closed doors is to build a team for the future.
