Arsenal are already drawing up transfer plans ahead of the winter window.

The Gunners look set to once again battle for the Premier League title this season and Mikel Arteta’s squad looks in great shape.

However, behind the scenes, work is already being carried out on potential signings to further reinforce Arteta’s ranks.

With that said, TBR Football can now reveal the latest on Arsenal’s pursuit of a promising young Brazilian.

Arsenal interested in Vitor Reis

TBR Football understand Arsenal are interested in Palmeiras centre-back Vitor Reis.

Sporting director Edu Gaspar is well aware of Reis but the young Brazilian already carries a substantial price tag.

The 18-year-old has a release clause worth £83m but it’s understood a deal could be struck closer to £29m, similar to Estevao Willian’s transfer to Chelsea.

Arsenal have watched him regularly and we understand another left-sided defender is on their transfer agenda, with Jakub Kiwior expected to leave in January.

Tottenham Hotspur and Real Madrid are also interested in Vitor Reis

Arsenal aren’t the only suitor interested in Reis.

Real Madrid have done work on him and are considering him for a potential move in January if they decide to go into the defensive market.

We can also confirm that Chelsea like the player a lot and their Brazilian contacts are hot on his trail. Manchester City and Tottenham Hotspur are also aware of his progress.

Borussia Dortmund, Bayer Leverkusen, RB Leipzig, Monaco, Marseille, AC Milan and Juventus are keeping tabs on his situation, too.

From what TBR are told, Reis is open to a move in 2025 and something could be agreed in January – but Palmeiras will be patient and await for the right offer.
