JADEN PHILOGENE is set to sensationally snub a transfer to Barcelona, according to reports.

It comes after the 22-year-old gave his transfer preference to a switch to the Premier League.

The Hull star enjoyed an impressive campaign in the Championship last season, scoring 12 goals and adding six assists in 32 games.

That has placed him on the radar of three Premier League clubs; Crystal Palace, Ipswich and Everton.

According to Fabrizio Romano, all three have sent proposals to Philogene’s camp.

However, Prem new-boys Ipswich have gone one step further.

Kieran McKenna‘s side are eyeing a double-bubble bid for Philogene and Jacob Greaves and are willing to pay £35million plus add-ons for the pair, according to The Athletic.

This would potentially eclipse Barcelona’s own offer to land Philogene, reported to be between £17m and £19.5m after a loan spell.

Having joined from Aston Villa last year for a reported fee of £5m, either move would mark a tidy bit of profit for Hull.

The Camp Nou outfit see Philogene as a more realistic option than Athletic Bilbao and Spain star Nico Williams.

Barcelona are unsure whether they can fund a move for the winger, and with Williams starring for La Roja at Euro 2024 his value is only going up.

Philogene, born in Hammersmith before attending school in Uxbridge in London, has also earned an exciting reputation in England‘s national youth teams.

He has played four times for the Three Lions Under-21 side, scoring three goals.
