A MAJOR pub chain will be giving away free pints at over 70 bars tomorrow.

Brits have been offered a complimentary drink ahead of the UK’s General Election on July 4.

You can toast your electoral freedom with a free pint at Brewdog after heading down to the polling station.

BrewDog is treating every voter to a pint of Punk IPA or Punk AF without charge as part of the Vote Punk campaign.

To claim the one day only promotion, shoppers must show a selfie outside of their polling station to the bar staff.

Voters who use the postal ballot method can receive a complimentary pint after showing their postal registration confirmation email.

If you have a four-legged friend with you, they won’t be left out either as they can enjoy a pint of “dog beer” or dog treats on the house.

Lauren Carrol, Chief Marketing Officer at BrewDog, said: "We've been toasting Brits' right to vote with our Vote Punk campaign since 2017, with thousands of free pints poured – because where better to go after the polls than the pub?

"BrewDog isn't here to influence which way you vote, but one thing we don't love is voter apathy.

"That's why we want to encourage as many people as possible to make their voice heard at polling stations up and down the country this year.

"So, if you're placing your ballot we'd like to buy you a pint of Punk IPA or Punk AF, because exercising your democratic right to vote is definitely punk!"

Vote Punk offer will only be available tomorrow at BrewDog branches throughout the UK with the exception of Edinburgh Airport, Waterloo Arms, and Gatwick Terminal.

This isn’t the only freebie up for grabs for the UK voters as Krispy Kreme are giving away free doughnuts.

In order to get the free treat shoppers must ask for an original glazed doughnut followed by the words “I voted”.

The simple task will grant you the freebie, but only on July 4, and until stocks last, though it has not revealed how many are up for grabs.

Meanwhile, footie fans are given the chance to claim a free drink to celebrate Euros 2024.

By downloading the Greene King app, customers will receive a free tipple on sign up as a thank you from the brewing company.

This is a one time deal only, but it doesn’t mean the end of rewards for customers.

After receiving their free beverage, punters will then be able to get 10% off selected drinks on matchdays throughout the rest of this summer's tournament.

With polling time just a day away PM Rishi Sunak, Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer and Reform’s Nigel Farage all laid out their promises to Sun readers.

Sunak focused on lowering taxes for a “secure future”, as rival Starmer vowed to change a Britain that “isn’t working for working people”.

Meanwhile Farage blasted both sides “of the same establishment coin” and called for voters who want to “Stop the Boats and freeze immigration” to join his party.
