Manor Solomon sends two-word message to Leeds fans after key development

Leeds winger Manor Solomon took to social media to wish the fans a “good morning” after their 2-0 Championship win over Norwich on Wednesday (January 22).
The 25-year-old got Daniel Farke’s side off to a lightning-quick start, opening the scoring after just 31 seconds with a close-range effort thanks to some brilliant wing play from Daniel James.
Solomon and James then combined for Leeds’ second goal, this time the on-loan Spurs man set up the Wales international with a pinpoint cross after Norwich failed to clear their lines.
The winger has scored an early opener in two consecutive games for the West Yorkshire club, first in the third minute in their 3-0 win over Sheffield Wednesday, and now in the first against Norwich.
Leeds’ win takes them back to the summit of the Championship table with 59 points from their 28 games, just one above Sheffield United in second.
Manor Solomon finding his feet as Leeds United lead Championship title race
Solomon has been in and out of the squad since joining from Tottenham on loan in the summer, starting 12 of his 21 games across all competitions, scoring four goals, and providing five assists in his 1161 minutes of play.
Clearly delighted with the 2-0 win over Norwich, as well as his own vital contribution, Solomon took to Instagram to wish the fans a “good morning.”
Farke’s side will travel to third-placed Burnley, who are just three points off the league leaders, on Monday (January 27) in what could be a crucial game for both club’s Premier League ambitions.
Leeds will then host strugglers Cardiff City in their first game in February just four days later as the race for the title heats up.
