The Gunners started their Champions League campaign against Atalanta and came away with a goalless draw from their trip to Italy.
David Raya was the hero as he kept out Mateo Retegui’s penalty before somehow then getting up and preventing the striker from heading home the rebound.
In an attacking sense, Arsenal offered little, but as Mikel Arteta prepares to face his former club, he will be hoping for a much better attacking display.

Arsenal vs PSG: What has been said?
Arteta was asked at his pre-match press conference about his time at PSG, and he reflected positively on it.
He said: “It was my first professional experience. It was an unbelievable time that I spent there and I loved every minute of it.
“I will always be grateful to the club and Luis Fernandez because he was the one who believed in me when I was 17, 18 years old. I played professional football and from there it was a platform to share an experience in a club of that size and a city that is probably the most beautiful in Europe.
“It was an experience that will stay with me forever, with teammates who helped me and shaped who I wanted to be as a player, and ignited something in me to become a manager in the future.
“There were some very important individuals in that part of my career.”
Meanwhile, Luis Enrique shed some more insight into why Ousmane Dembele has been left out of his squad.
He said: “If someone doesn’t comply or respect the expectations of the team, it means they are not prepared to play.
“I want all my players to be ready, so as a consequence I have left him [Dembele] out. I want the best for my team and that is my job.
“These circumstances are difficult and you have to take difficult decisions but I am 100 per cent engaged with my decision and 100 per cent sure of the decision I have made.”
