Bolton Wanderers set sights on move for 23-year-old

Bolton Wanderers are targeting a loan move for Charlton Athletic midfielder Terry Taylor, according to journalist Pete O’Rourke on X.

Bolton Wanderers are interested in luring the player to the North West on a temporary basis this winter. BWFC have until the end of the January transfer window to conclude any incoming or outgoing bits of business.

Taylor, 23, has made 14 appearances in all competitions so far this season for Charlton Athletic, eight of which have come in League One. He is under contract at The Valley until the summer of 2026.

In this latest update regarding his future in London by reporter O’Rourke on X, he has emerged on the radar of the Trotters this month. Scottish Premiership outfit Dundee have also been mentioned as a potential suitor.

Ian Evatt’s side are currently sat in 10th place in the table and are four points off the play-offs after losing away at Rotherham United last time out.
