Hull City are among the admirers of Aston Villa winger Louie Barry, according to a report by HullLive.
Hull City are waiting patiently to see what the Premier League side decide to do next with the attacker this winter. He has recently returned to his parent club following his loan spell at Stockport County.
Barry, 21, was a hit during his two separate stints at Edgeley Park and scored 25 goals in 47 games in all competitions. He helped the Hatters gain promotion from League Two last year and adapted well to life in League One.
In this latest update regarding his situation, HullLive report that the Tigers are also in the race along with the likes of Leeds United, Sheffield United and Derby County. They are hoping that their positive relationship with Aston Villa chairman Nassef Sawiris will go in their favour and they are said to have built strong ties with the Midlands outfit following the sale of Jaden Philogene last summer.
