Plymouth Argyle are interested in a move for Peterborough United midfielder Hector Kyprianou, according to a report by Football League World.

Plymouth Argyle are keen on a swoop for the League One man this winter. They have until the end of the January transfer window to complete any bits of business.

Kyprianou, 23, has been a key player for Peterborough United since joining them back in 2022. His contract at London Road expires at the end of the season and he is due to become a free agent as things stand.

In this latest update regarding his future this month, Football League World claim he has emerged on the Pilgrims’ radar along with fellow Championship side Cardiff City. Kevin Nancekivell remains in caretaker charge at Home Park as the Devon outfit continue their hunt for Wayne Rooney’s replacement.

They are sat bottom of the table and drew 2-2 with Bristol City last time out.
