AFC Bournemouth have been one of the surprise packages of the Premier League this season, with Liverpool taking note.
Milos Kerkez has emerged as a target for Liverpool with the Reds in the market for a new left-back, with the Hungary international establishing himself as one of the most promising fullbacks in Europe this season with the Cherries.
Another Bournemouth player Liverpool are keeping tabs on is Dean Huijsen, who has enjoyed arguably an even bigger rise to the top with the defender now part of the Spain national team after a breakout debut year in the Premier League.
And Bournemouth star Justin Kluivert has now said one of his club teammates looks set to leave after being linked with Liverpool.

Justin Kluivert backs Liverpool target Dean Huijsen to leave Bournemouth
Speaking to Marca after last night’s dramatic penalty shootout loss to Spain, the Dutch international said he doesn’t expect Huijsen to be at Bournemouth next season, with Kluivert saying: “Huijsen won’t be with us next season.”
With Huijsen himself dismissing transfer talk for the time being, Liverpool could now be in a great position to make a move for the Amsterdam-born teenager, who has a release clause worth £50m this summer.
Indeed, Liverpool face competition from the likes of Real Madrid for Huijsen’s signature, with more teams in Europe and the Premier League likely to be keeping a close eye on the centre-back’s situation at Bournemouth.
However, after Kluivert’s comment, Liverpool need to position themselves correctly in order to get the jump on rival teams for Huijsen, who could be the dream centre-back signing this summer and a perfect successor for Virgil van Dijk.
Liverpool need to make their move for Dean Huijsen ASAP
Liverpool’s interest in a young centre-back dominating the Premier League like Huijsen is no surprise, with the Spanish international one of the most exciting defensive prospects in all of Europe after his first season in England.
And Liverpool would be wise to make their move for Huijsen as soon as possible with the defender now set for an exit from the Vitality Stadium, with Anfield a logical next step for the former Juventus wonderkid.
Kluivert has opened the door for Liverpool to approach Bournemouth for Huijsen, and the 19-year-old ticks all the boxes for what the Reds are looking for in a new central defender this summer.
