According to a claim in the Turkish media, Galatasaray are showing interest in Southampton defender Kyle Walker-Peters.
Galatasaray's issues at right back have been well documented in recent months and subsequently they've turned their attention to the Saints player.
Galatasaray journalist Kağan Dursun has spoken to Haber Sarikirmizi about possible arrivals at the club in this window, and he says Walker-Peters has emerged as an alternative option for the Super Lig leaders.
The Southampton defender is on their wish list as they look to sign an experienced right back.
"Galatasaray have added 27-year-old English right back Kyle Walker-Peters, who plays for Southampton, to their list as an alternative to the injured Emerson," said the Turkish journalist.
Since the departure of Serge Aurier in the summer, the right back spot has become a problem for Cimbom. Subsequently, Gala have been monitoring a number of right-side defenders in this transfer window.
With Walker-Peters out of contract at the end of the season this maybe an opportunity for the Istanbul side to sign a right back in a low cost deal.
Along with Walker-Peters, Nottingham Forest's Ola Aina has also been linked with a move to Istanbul.
