Community player ratings from Chelsea's draw at Old Trafford

1. MOISÉS CAICEDO (8.4)

Second Man of the Match award for Caicedo in his last three games. The general perception is starting to turn favorably, and rightly so. Moi has been steadily improving, both this season and the last, and if he keeps it going, the sky's the limit.

Moi is doing fantastic. I said during the week, the problem with Moi and Enzo [Fernandez] - these kind of players - is probably the big money the club paid. Everyone expects them to be the best but they are human and it is normal.

"Moi is improving a lot. We are spending time with him and the rest to improve them. [...] In football, one plus one is not always two. Because he was so good at Brighton, it does not mean he is going to be as good at Chelsea. He needs more time; he needs to adapt.

"Chelsea is a big club, one of the best clubs in the world, so the impact is not easy. When they join Chelsea for a lot of money, people think they will arrive here and be the best but that's why I said one plus one is not two."

-Enzo Maresca; soure: Football.London

Sometimes, one plus one can be three.

2. PEDRO NETO (6.7)

Speaking of slow starts, it's taken a bit for Neto to settle into things at Chelsea, but he seems to have established himself as part of the "A" lineup now, with back-to-back 90-minute appearances. Just the one assist to show for that, but presumably that record will also improve if he keeps getting starts.

3. ROMÉO LAVIA (6.6)

There's a strong theme running through these podium finishers, Lavia included. The youngster has now started all of our "big" games, and it looks like Enzo (Fernández) has been dropped into a rotating the "B" squad to make room for him. At least that appears to be Plan A for the head coach.
