On fire!

After scoring his first Premier League goal for Chelsea last weekend, to give us a share of the points against Arsenal, Pedro Neto did so as well for the Portugal national team, who easily brushed Poland aside, 5-1 last night.

Neto's goal made in 4-0 just past the hour mark, with the visitors' grabbing a late consolation. The 24-year-old has not been a prolific goalscorer up to this point in his career — just 20 goals in over 170 senior professional appearances for club and country — but it woudn't hurt if he kept up his current pace.

Renato Veiga also started for Roberto Martínez's side, and again was deployed in central defense. It's not clear what his best position might be, but it's good to be versatile. He went the full-90. Neto got 84 minutes, at which point he was replaced by our third international in the group, João Félix.

Well done, all.
