Jadon Sancho could leave Chelsea this summer with two clubs monitoring his situation at Stamford Bridge according to reports.

Sancho joined Chelsea on an initial loan deal from Manchester United last summer, which will become permanent for around £25m, providing the Blues don't finish in the bottom six of the Premier League.

The 24-year-old made a great start to life at Stamford Bridge with three assists in his first three games, whilst he scored his first goals in December against Southampton and Tottenham.

Sancho's form has taken a dip since then and he has no goals and just one assist to his name in 2025, whilst reports have emerged recently stating there's a penalty fee the Blues can pay to send him back to Old Trafford.

David Ornstein confirmed the fee is just £5m, and it's been claimed given Sancho's current form the Blues are considering that possibility.

Ben Jacobs has reported Chelsea will likely take a decision at the end of the season, with the relationship between the club and Sancho still strong.

However, Give Me Sport have claimed Bundesliga clubs Borussia Dortmund and Bayer Leverkusen are monitoring the situation surrounding the England international ahead of a potential opportunistic move in the summer.

Sancho made a name for himself at Dortmund before a big money move to United, and he spent the second half of last season back on loan at the Bundesliga outfit as they made the Champions League final.

The winger has 53 goals and 64 assists in 158 games for Dortmund and it's no surprise they are interested in potentially bringing him back.

The Blues face a tricky run-in and if Sancho wants to avoid the embarrassment of being sent back to United he really needs to pick his form up and show what he's capable of, otherwise it will be a straight forward decision for Chelsea.
