Everton have included Juventus’ Timothy Weah in their target list for the winter market, according to Calciomercato.it.

He’s mainly operated as a right winger and has been used across other attacking positions on a few occasions this season. Weah has managed five goals and four assists from 25 games and his displays have caught the attention of other clubs.

This includes Everton and Eintracht Frankfurt, who have joined RB Leipzig in the chase for the 24-year-old.

Both David Moyes’ side and the Bundesliga club ‘have made moves’ to sign the American in this window.

The report adds the Toffees have already knocked on the Serie A side’s door to ask about the former Lille man and there’s no mention of Juve’s response.

Prior to joining Juventus, Napoli tried to snatch him last summer. Cristiano Giuntoli left the Naples club to join the Old Lady as their director and his former club replaced him with Giovanni Manna.

Calciomercato.it state Manna made an attempt to sign Weah, who represents a ‘precious offensive wildcard’.

Everton have a tough task to sign the player in January. They have to please Juve with a tempting offer and also convince Weah to pick them over others.
