Aston Villa could actually hijack £25m Wolves deal if they fail to sign Axel Disasi - journalist

Aston Villa could bring in a number of players – and lose some – as we near the February 3rd transfer deadline.
TBR Football understand Arsenal and Chelsea have asked about Jhon Duran – who the Villans value at £100m.
However, the Aston Villa No.9 has supposedly now agreed terms with Al-Nassr in Saudi Arabia.
Regarding incomings, Aston Villa are working on a deal to sign Juan Foyth – who has been targeted after Loic Bade opted to stay at Sevilla.
TBR Football have also been told Aston Villa are speaking to Chelsea about Joao Felix and Axel Disasi – although Wolves could be affected if a move for the latter collapses.
Aston Villa could rival Wolves for Kevin Danso
Ben Jacobs and Alex Crook now claim that Wolves have agreed personal terms with Kevin Danso.
Understand Wolves have personal terms in place with Kevin Danso but are still to agree a fee with Lens. Deal in the balance as Lens now want close to €30m.

However, the RC Lens No.4 remains an option for Aston Villa if talks to sign Disasi fail to progress.
Wolves saw a £19m bid rejected for Danso earlier this week, and it is said the deal hangs in the balance despite the agreement of personal terms, with RC Lens now demanding €30m (£25m).
Aston Villa find themselves in a similar situation, having agreed a contract with Disasi, but yet to shake hands with Chelsea over a fee.
Wolves have already bolstered their defence this winter with the signing of Emmanuel Agbadou from Reims – although there remains a desire to sign another central defender for Vitor Pereira.
Eric Garcia an option for both Aston Villa and Wolves
If Aston Villa and Wolves fail to agree fees for Disasi and Danso, another central defender has been put to both Midlands clubs.
TBR Football understand Aston Villa and Wolves have been contacted about Eric Garcia – with the Barcelona No.24 available this winter as the Spanish giants aim to offload those not contributing heavily for financial reasons.
Therefore, both Unai Emery and Pereira could turn to the Spaniard if they fail to land Disasi and Danso respectively.
