Brentford, West Ham and Fulham are monitoring the contract situation of Will Hughes at Crystal Palace, sources have told Football Insider.
Hughes, 29, is out of contract at Selhurst Park at the end of the 2024-25 campaign – but Palace do hold an option to extend his deal.
The midfielder has established himself as a key man in Oliver Glasner’s side this term.
He wore the armband as Palace beat bottom club Southampton 2-1 at home on Sunday (29 December).
Hughes’ form has alerted London trio Brentford, West Ham and Fulham to his potential availability.
All three will weigh up a potential free transfer swoop for the 29-year-old should he become available.
The Weybridge-born ace, who will turn 30 in April, has made 21 appearances across all competitions in the 2024-25 campaign – notching three assists.
He has been with Palace since joining from Watford in 2021 and last extended his contract in May 2024.

The left-footer has made 104 Eagles appearances and has turned out 167 times in total during his Premier League career, scoring six top-flight goals.
Also out of contract at Selhurst Park in the summer is England international left-back Tyrick Mitchell.
Football Insider revealed on Monday (30 December) that Crystal Palace are "very concerned" about Mitchell leaving for free amid strong interest from the likes of Atletico Madrid, Barcelona and AC Milan.
Palace sit 15th in the Premier League table, while West Ham are in 13th despite making a number of midfield signings in the off-season.
West London rivals Fulham and Brentford sit eighth and 12th respectively.
