Hull City boss Ruben Selles could ‘covet’ Reading midfielder Lewis Wing in the future, as detailed in a report by HullLive.

Hull City have the chance to bolster their ranks in the upcoming January transfer window. They also have the opportunity to let some players head out the exit door as well this winter should they wish to.

Wing, 29, was a key player for Selles during their time at Reading together. He has scored 16 goals in 69 games for the Royals in all competitions since his switch to Berkshire in 2023, five of which have come this season.

As per HullLive, the Tigers would be interested in luring him to East Yorkshire if the opportunity arose. They have also been linked with attacker Harvey Knibbs.

Hull City are bottom of the Championship table after their 2-1 loss to Coventry City last time out. They are in the drop zone along with Portsmouth and Plymouth Argyle.
